Orissa phase II project - Strengthen the state level networks for treatment access, decrease stigma and discrimination and improve care and support for PLHIV in Orissa

•  Strengthening the district level  network of Orissa

• Capacity building of PLHIV network

• Livelihood support for PLHIV  

• Psychosocial support for PLHIV and families and link them to various care and support services in the district.

• Strengthen national response on positive prevention
